Random direction. Real-world care.
Never enter water, cliffs, traffic lanes, restricted areas or places without a path. The arrow does not show a safe route or magnetic north. Follow permitted paths and re-roll unsafe or blocked directions. Drivers must park safely before operating.
Your mission trail
Your missions appear here when started. No locations are recorded.
Short hops or longer stretches
Short missions last 1–5 minutes on foot or 3–8 minutes by car. Long missions last 5–15 minutes on foot or 10–20 minutes by car. The final mission is capped at your remaining goal. Durations are suggestions, not distance estimates.
An adventure without a destination
Point the top of your phone in the direction you face before spinning. Remember that reference when the arrow stops, then choose a permitted path. No GPS, maps or orientation sensors are used. Refreshing clears the adventure; sleeping or backgrounded devices may delay alerts.
How to start a random walk
Choose how to travel, a short or long mission, and your total moving time. Stop somewhere safe, spin the direction picker and start the timed mission. When it ends, stop and spin again.
Can I play for just 2–5 minutes?
Yes. Enter any whole number from 1 to 180 minutes. At school, agree on a permitted activity area first and choose walking. A time limit does not enforce a physical boundary. Stop and re-roll at walls or blocked paths.
Does it find north or plan a route?
No. This is a game that picks a random direction relative to where you face. It does not find north, locate you, choose a destination or check route safety. Location permission is not required.
